Psychiatric Evaluation and Assessment

Psychiatric Assessments include the evaluation of current symptoms, such as: mood, anxiety, addictions, pathologic eating and conduct/behavioral disorders. The assessment also evaluates the family structure, educational or occupational functioning, medical, family, and developmental histories. After concluding a diagnostic impression, recommendations are made which may include therapy, laboratory analysis, medications and/or social interventions.
