Shana Runnels is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a master’s degree in social work from the University of Central Florida and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from La Sierra University, in Riverside, California. Shana’s areas of experience include: trauma-informed treatment, anger management, stress management, anxiety & depression, grief & loss, interpersonal relationship issues, and personal development. Shana traditionally utilizes a blended approach to therapy; exploring each individual's biological, psychological, social and spiritual needs – working alongside to guide and support in the healing process.
